1. Submit a Press Release for LFI Media to See
As a 2016 LFI exhibitor, you have the opportunity to have one press release posted on the LFI website. LFI will post the release under the press section for all visiting media to review. This gives you additional exposure to media and an opportunity to tell your story and announce new product/company information. Find out how to submit your release.
2. LFI Innovation Awards® (LIAs)
Participate in this prestigious celebration of excellence and product innovation, highlighting the latest cutting-edge designs and technical advances. Open to LFI 2016 exhibitors only.
3. LFI Sponsorship Program
If you're ready to leap ahead of the competition at LFI, these high-profile sponsorship packages are the perfect solution. We offer a wide variety of sponsorship opportunities, which are offered exclusively to LFI exhibitors. Sponsorships deadline is December 4, 2015 in order to take advantage of the standards benefits package.
4. Free Electronic VIP Passes
As an exhibitor at LFI 2016, you'll receive a complimentary VIP Pass Code electronically to give to your customers and prospects providing them FREE access to the exhibit hall. LFI VIP Passes provide the perfect opportunity to promote your brand and participation before the show. Exhibitors receive 25 VIP Passes per 100 square feet of booth space.
5. LFI Platinum Pass Program
Nominate a client to receive FREE access to courses, LFI Innovation Awards and the Exhibit Hall.
6. Official LFI Directory Publisher LD+A Advertising Opportunities
LD+A, the magazine of LFI partner Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) has high-visibility advertising opportunities available in the Official LFI Directory and Attendee Brochure. 7. Virtual Booth

8. Call for Speakers
Exhibitors can speak as subject matter experts or on panels. The Call for Speakers takes place August 10 – September 14, 2015.
9. Enhanced Company Listing
Upgrade your company’s visibility at the LFI website and in the on-site Official Show Directory! An Enhanced Company Listing costs only $2,000 and includes the following:
- Online company logo
- Online company description
- Up to five product photos with product descriptions
- Enhanced bold listing on the LFI website in the exhibitor list section
- Enhanced bold listing featuring your company logo in color in the on-site Official Show Directory
10. Participate in the LFI Conference Program
In addition to submitting in the Call for Speakers, August 10 - September 14, exhibitors can sponsor an educational Lunch & Learn session or Exhibitor Seminar featuring a speaker from their company (must be approved by the Conference Advisory Committee). Don't forget to take advantage of the one FREE Seminar offered per exhibiting company too.
11. LFI On-Site Meeting Rooms
Meeting Rooms are available for exhibitor use only at the San Diego Convention Center during the five-day trade show and conference. These rooms provide an excellent venue for executive gatherings, press conferences, sales meetings, hospitality lounge or a special event of your choice. Meeting rooms are limited. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first served basis and rented on a day-by-day basis.
