How to Exhibit at LFI
We review each interested lighting manufacturer's request, their company website and product information before making a final decision.
Pre-Qualification ProcessIn order to be considered, you will be required to submit the following items for the pre-qualification process:
- Company Overview and Website Address
- Product Information and Photographs
- Requested Booth Size
- Photographs of Your Exhibit Booth

Exhibit Booth Information
Standard Booth Rate
$48.00 per net square foot, or $4,800.00 per 10' x 10' (approximately 3m x 3m) exhibit booth.
Standard Booth Package
Includes 8-foot (2.44 m) draped back wall, standard 3-foot (.91 m) side wall drape and standard ID sign (if requested by deadline) for non-pavilion areas.
60% booth deposit required with signed contract (100% due no later than December 9, 2016). Booths must be reserved and occupied by manufacturers only and are not available to manufacturers’ representatives, distributors, wholesalers, etc.
