How to Exhibit at LFI
We manage an unprecedented number of inquiries from lighting manufacturers around the world interested in exhibiting at our show. LFI requires all exhibitors to be manufacturers of commercial and architectural lighting products and we work directly with the manufacturers. We do not work with third party or trade show organizations.
We review each interested lighting manufacturers request, their company website, and product information before making a final decision.
In order to be considered, you will be required to submit the following items for the pre-qualification process:
Once the pre-qualification process is completed, a member of the LFI Sales Team will contact you to notify you of your status and whether we are able to offer you the opportunity to exhibit at LFI 2016. We respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days however we cannot make any guarantees if we will be able to extend an offer to your company. LFI Show Management reserves the right to relocate booths based on final booth designs and as necessary for the show.

Subletting or sub-licensing or assigning of space by exhibitor, or use of the space by parties not authorized by owner is prohibited. Exhibitor shall not exhibit or permit to be exhibited in the space any merchandise other than that specified in the application.
