HOW TO EXHIBIT AT LFI
We manage an unprecedented amount of inquiries from lighting manufacturers around the world interested in exhibiting at our Show. LFI requires all exhibitors to be manufacturers of commercial and architectural lighting products and we work directly with the manufacturers. We do not work with third party or tradeshow organizations.
We review each interested lighting manufacturers request, their company website, and product information to pre-qualify them to be added to the LFI waitlist. Once on the waitlist, the LFI Sales Team works through the list in a sequential manner.
In order to be considered, you will be required to submit the following items for the pre-qualification process:
- Company Overview and Website Address
- Product Information and Photographs
- Requested Booth Size
- Photographs of Your Exhibit Booth
Once pre-qualified to go on the LFI waitlist, a member of the LFI Sales Team will contact you if we are able to offer you the opportunity to exhibit at LFI 2011. We can not make any guarantees as to the length of time this will take or if we will even be able to extend an offer to your company.
Exhibit Booth Information
Standard Booth Rate
$39.50 per net square foot, or $3,950.00 per 10' x 10' (approximately 3m x 3m) exhibit booth.
Standard Booth Package
Includes 8-foot (2.44 m) draped back wall, standard 3-foot (.91 m) side wall drape and standard ID sign (if requested) for non-pavilion areas.
Booth Deposit
50% booth deposit required with signed contract (100% due by January 7, 2011). Booths must be reserved and occupied by manufacturers only and are not available to manufacturers’ representatives, distributors, wholesalers, etc.
