We manage an unprecedented number of inquiries from lighting manufacturers around the world interested in exhibiting at our Show. LFI requires all exhibitors to be manufacturers of commercial and architectural lighting products and we work directly with the manufacturers. We do not work with third party or tradeshow organizations.

We review each interested lighting manufacturers request, their company website, and product information before making a final decision.

In order to be considered, you will be required to submit the following items for the pre-qualification process:

Company Overview and Website Address
Product Information and Photographs
Requested Booth Size
Photographs of Your Exhibit Booth for the Requested Booth Size

Please email your information to sales@lightfair.com. Once the pre-qualification process is completed, a member of the LFI Sales Team will contact you to notify you of your status and whether we are able to offer you the opportunity to exhibit at LFI 2013. We respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days however we can not make any guarantees if we will be able to extend an offer to your company.

Exhibit Booth Information

Standard Booth Rate
$43.50 per net square foot, or $4,350.00 per 10' x 10' (approximately 3m x 3m) exhibit booth.

Standard Booth Package
Includes 8-foot (2.44 m) draped back wall, standard 3-foot (.91 m) side wall drape and standard ID sign (if requested) for non-pavilion areas.

Booth Deposit
60% booth deposit required with signed contract (100% due by January 4, 2013). Booths must be reserved and occupied by manufacturers only and are not available to manufacturers’ representatives, distributors, wholesalers, etc.
