LightFair 2021 was originally scheduled for May but has been moved to October 25-29 based on concerns expressed by the lighting community and our exhibitors, and in consultation with our co-owners, the IES and IALD. The five extra months should give us all more time to recover, plan and prepare, and to alleviate most, if not all pandemic-related concerns. The venue will stay the same at the Javits Center, New York. Sign up for our email updates and stay tuned for more information coming soon on registration, conference program and more. We are working on an amazing and valuable experience to bring our industry together while taking into account evolving safety recommendations and social distancing guidelines.
Please visit our Exhibitor FAQs page for detailed information and next steps.
In light of this year's events, we are revisiting every aspect of LightFair 2021 with a “safety first” lens. Working in conjunction with the Javits Center, vendor partners and health and safety experts we are committed to implementing safe and smart protocols by re-imagining our trade show floor, attendee experience and program design for 2021. We will continue to evaluate and update our protocols and are committed to adopting the most relevant recommendations leading up to the show and on the floor. Learn more about Safer Floor.
