LightFair requires all exhibitors to be manufacturers of commercial and architectural lighting products, or of ancillary products that support the lighting industry. We work directly with manufacturers and do not work with third parties or trade show organizations, distributors, or OEMs. Products shown at LightFair should be the final application, product or fixture. We review each interested lighting manufacturer’s request, their company website, and product information to pre-qualify them and make a final decision.

Lighting Designers, Specifiers, Architects, Distributors, Lighting Agents, and end-users your company has done business with. Please include contact information.
Once the pre-qualification process is completed, a member of the LightFair Sales Team will contact you to notify you of your status and whether we are able to offer you the opportunity to exhibit at LightFair. We respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days however we cannot make any guarantees if we will be able to extend an offer to your company. LightFair Show Management reserves the right to relocate booths based on final booth designs and as necessary for the show.
Subletting or sub-licensing or assigning of space by exhibitor, or use of the space by parties not authorized by owner is prohibited. Exhibitor shall not exhibit or permit to be exhibited in the space any merchandise other than that specified in the application.
