2022 Space Selection Process

Based on your Priority Point, you will receive your appointment scheduling link from Map Your Show on June 27, 2022.

  • Priority Point based appointments
  • Sales team will be available to answer any questions
  • Booth selection and contract completion via Map Your Show
  • In case of missed appointment, schedule a backup appointment or meet with Sales on-site in New York during Sales Office hours
  • No space will be earmarked or held without financial commitment and contract

  • Why are we doing Space Selection online and not in-person in Las Vegas?
    Online space selection offers several benefits as noted above.
  • What will happen if I don’t select space at my allocated time?
    Your booking link will be live starting at your appointment time, which you may access any time after.
  • How many Priority Points do I have?
    You will receive an email from support@mapyourshow.com, which will include your appointment time, priority points and booking link.
